Curtis Cullen

Curtis Cullen has worked in customer service for the past 38 years, in the flooring industry for the past 21 years, and started working for Ramey Floor and Home in 2009. Providing a clean, organized, and well-maintained environment for Ramey and our customers is something that Curtis strives to achieve. Assisting customers with the right style, color, and selection is a challenge that he happily takes on. He continually works to educate himself on products to ensure that our customers are provided with plenty of knowledge so they can make the best decisions.

David Wood

With over 25 years in the flooring industry, one of David Wood’s best attributes is, and always will be, customer service. From one room to a large commercial project, he treats all his projects the same. He enjoys the challenges and takes pride in seeing a project to the end. He loves that there is always something new to learn about the industry and our customers. Being able to educate and help a client with the right product for their application is what he values. Here at Ramey Floor and Home, as professionals we have all the tools at our disposal to achieve just that.

John Pinchera

John Pinchera’s expertise in flooring spans over four decades. He has applied his knowledge of tile, carpet, wood and luxury vinyl flooring at Ramey Floor and Home for over 5 years. As a young man he installed all types of flooring in commercial and home installations gaining valuable insight and problem solving solutions for every customers individual needs. John has an eye for coordinating colors and creates designs according to the customers vision and works collaboratively with you to design the space of your dreams.

John P. Alifier II

For over 25 plus years in the design industry as an Account Manager, he has achieved many creative, eclectic joyful homes layered with colorful textures. He is a certified Hunter Douglas designer along with specializing in plumbing at Ramey and has strong relationships with trades people to construct your finished designs. He is a forward-thinking individual taking the time to listen to every client’s request. John can offer you a fresh new look that incorporates flooring, lighting, window treatments, wall colors, furniture, art or accessories, to revitalize your home. “Let me help you design a sense of style and personality while always making sure that your home remains comfortable and approachable.”

J.K. Dickinson

Building and renovation has been part of J K. Dickinson’s life since he was 14 years old, including helping his dad in every phase of an addition to their house, building his own house from the ground up at 20 and, his most ambitious undertaking, renovating the 1886 3-story Victorian “Painted Lady” in Indiana. After another career, in 2017, he has come full circle to the flooring industry where he feels he is helping people feel good about their surroundings and making a house a home. J K. says, “I strive to hit a home run every time not only with the customer’s choice of materials, but also when our team installs them to perfection.”

Robert Ryer

Robert is problem-solving kitchen designer with over 30 years of experience. He is skilled at creating personalized spaces for his clients’ unique needs. His kitchen design work was published in Home Living Connecticut magazine. He attributes his success to his ability to clients and put their needs first.
